You've learned about the Acuity team over the years, but our furry coworkers are just as valuable team members. Sure, they won't get you a quote in record time, but they provide phenomenal customer service in the form of licks, woofs, and meows. Let's learn about the good boys and girls who keep everyone on track at Acuity Technical Solutions. Some may call this a fluff piece, but we call if a FLUFFY piece.

Bobert Kristofferson Le Schneider-Masten

Bobert is the only cat of the bunch, but boy does he have a lot of personality. His tail has been compared to that of a feather duster or an 18th century feathered pen.Bobert meows incessantly and follows his owner around like a dog. Bobert loves sneaking into the garage with hopes of getting into his food bag, and balances the life of an indoor-outdoor cat with grace. The other day, he killed his first rat! Bobert loves the outdoors, but his favorite place is snuggled on his owner's bed. Bobert's best friend is Jedediah-Smith, he just doesn't know it yet. Bobert's favorite band is Bob Marley, after which he was named.

Jedediah-Smith

Jedediah-Smith is an American pioneer known for his journey over the Sierras to California. He also happens to be the nine-month-old puppy of SLED Manager Megan Masten. Lovingly called Jed, Jedi, or Bub, this Husky-Australian Blue Heeler mix is a spirited adventurer in his own right. Jedediah has a knack for darting out of Megan's house and not returning when called. But no worries—just last week, they went on a hike where he had to be carried a quarter of a mile back to the car because he was too sleepy. His best friend is Bobert the cat, though the feeling isn't mutual. Jedediah's favorite food is cheddar cheese, and he eagerly looks forward to his morning and evening walks, waking Megan up at 6 AM every day with excited howls. Often found snuggled in a corner of Megan's office or lying on the cool tile downstairs, Jedediah patiently waits for his next walk or Pupperoni treat.

Cowboy

Cowboy is a cherished member of Acuity's purchasing department. Though he may not be the fastest worker, his dedication to quality is unmatched. While he might not be up for a raise anytime soon, his adorable presence more than compensates. Health-conscious and mindful, Cowboy takes long breaks in the sun to soak up vitamin D, ensuring he stays healthy for his colleagues. Always ready for a comforting pet, he's a reliable mood booster in the office. In his free time, Cowboy loves leisurely walks in the neighborhood and adventurous hikes to hot springs. However, he’s not a fan of competition, so other dogs better watch out!
